Chicken Skewers

Preparation

  1. Cut chicken into cubes, wash and drain out the excess moisture.
  2. In a mixing bowl take Arth Indian Mint Chilli Marinade and yoghurt, add chicken cubes, mix well.

  3. Add oil to the marinated chicken and further arrange it on the skewers and char grill in oven.
  4. Pre-heat oven to 220° C/428° F) and bake at (180° C/356° F) for 10-15 mins (turn the skewers upside down after 7 mins for it to cook evenly) or grill for 15 minutes, turning half way through, until cooked.

  5. Serve hot.

Pro Tip: For the ideal result, keep the marinated chicken in your fridge overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour. Serve with a fresh onion salad and side of mint chutney mixed with yoghurt. Recipe is based on using a fan forced oven.
