In a mixing bowl take Arth Indian Mint Chilli Marinade and yoghurt, add chicken cubes, mix well.
Pre-heat oven to 220° C/428° F) and bake at (180° C/356° F) for 10-15 mins (turn the skewers upside down after 7 mins for it to cook evenly) or grill for 15 minutes, turning half way through, until cooked.
Pro Tip: For the ideal result, keep the marinated chicken in your fridge overnight or for a minimum of 1 hour. Serve with a fresh onion salad and side of mint chutney mixed with yoghurt. Recipe is based on using a fan forced oven.
